From your driveway to a fully custom set — here's exactly what happens after you order.

1. Confirm Your Fit
You order for your model, or message us on WhatsApp with your trim/VIN if you're not sure — we'll confirm compatibility before production starts.

2. We Source & Rebuild the Housing
Depending on the application, we use carefully refurbished used OEM housings or brand-new Depo housings — whichever gives the best fit, availability, and long-term reliability for your specific model. Either way, internals are fully rebuilt: new wiring, new bulbs, new components.

3. Custom CAD-Designed Components
Bezels, projector shrouds, and mounts are designed in-house and 3D-printed specifically for your model, so everything sits factory-tight — no gaps, no rattling.

4. Assembly & Bench Testing
Every unit is assembled and bench-tested before it ships — checking AFS/Xenon function, DRL wiring, and that no dashboard warning lights are triggered.

5. Shipped to Your Door
Packaged for safe transit with tracked shipping. Typical production time is 3–4 weeks from order confirmation.
