Warranty
One year warranty
Every set we build is covered by a one year warranty from the date of delivery against failure of the components we install — projectors, internal harnesses, LED boards and electronics.
If something fails
Send us your order number along with photos or a short video of the fault. Once we have confirmed the failure, you can choose either of the following:
- A partial refund covering the value of the failed components.
- Replacement parts shipped to you, so the set can be rebuilt by a workshop in your own country.
Because our sets travel worldwide, shipping a complete unit back to Dubai is rarely practical or economical. Supplying the parts locally gets you back on the road faster.
What is not covered
- Damage caused during installation by the customer or a third party
- Water ingress caused by opening, drilling or modifying the housings
- Accident, impact or stone chip damage
- Fading, condensation or wear on used OEM housings supplied by the customer
- Faults in the vehicle's own wiring, modules or electrical system
Installation
Our sets are designed to be plug and play with no cutting or splicing. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified auto electrician. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
Some vehicles require the original modules to be transferred to the new housings, as they are VIN locked and side dependent. This is explained on the relevant product pages — please read them carefully before ordering.
Built to order
Every set is built to your chosen specification, so we ask that you confirm your vehicle, year and options before ordering. If you are not certain a part fits, message us with your model year and VIN. We check fitment for free and would much rather do that than have you receive something that does not fit.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
