Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Dubai, UAE. Every order is fully tracked and packed to survive international transit.

Shipping rates

United Arab Emirates — Free delivery, or collect from our Dubai workshop at no charge.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) — Flat rate from AED 250, depending on the product.

Rest of the world — Standard shipping from AED 500, or DHL Express from AED 900, depending on the product and destination. Exact rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Lead times

Every set is built to order in our workshop. Please allow [X] working days for your order to be built before it ships. Transit times are typically [X] days by DHL Express and [X] days by standard shipping.

If you need your order by a specific date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes are set by your own country and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. You are responsible for any charges due on arrival. If you are unsure what to expect, your local customs authority can advise before you order.

Currency

All orders are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). If you are viewing prices in another currency, that figure is an estimate — your bank will convert at its own rate at the time of payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks wrong with your shipment, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
