Warranty & Returns
Our warranty
Every set we build is covered by a [X] month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in the components we install and in our own workmanship — projectors, internal harnesses, LED boards and electronics.
If something we built fails within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it. Send us photos or a short video of the fault along with your order number and we will tell you the next step.
What is not covered
- Damage caused during installation by the customer or a third party
- Water ingress caused by opening, drilling or modifying the housings
- Accident, impact or stone chip damage
- Fading, condensation or wear on used OEM housings supplied by the customer
- Faults in the vehicle's own wiring, modules or electrical system
Installation
Our sets are designed to be plug and play with no cutting or splicing. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified auto electrician. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered.
Some vehicles require the original modules to be transferred to the new housings, as they are VIN locked and side dependent. This is explained on the relevant product pages — read them carefully before ordering.
Returns
Every set is built to order to your chosen specification, which means we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind. Please confirm your vehicle, year and options with us before ordering if you are unsure.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.
Fitment
If you are not certain a part fits your vehicle, message us with your model year and VIN before ordering. We check fitment for free and would much rather do that than have you receive something that does not fit.
